On
September 1953 Mr. Luigi Allevi begins to work in
textile area.
During
the first years the activity wos mostly
commercial, then it enlarged and became also
productive and representative.
Mr
Allevi, as wholesaler, sold many tissues from the
most important italian Companies like Marzotto,
Lanerossi, Tiberghien, Trabaldo and Zegna.
From
1960 to 1970 he began commercial relations with
foreign Companies in the wool area in Europe like
Roudičre, Lepoutre and Riopele.
So,
the first 50 years of work have been dedicated to
men's wear fabric: wool, poly wool and poly
viscose.
At
the end of '60 years Gruppo Tessile Abbigliamento
(G.T.A.) concentrated its attention on East Europe
becoming commercial partner for italian market
with the main companies of textile area as
Centrotex, Praga (Czech Rep.) and Industrialimport,
Sofia (Bulgaria).
At
the beginning of '80 years Andrea the son, begins
to work in the Company and, after a period of
apprenticeship, he prefer to focus on
representative area.
In
1989, he opens an office in Prague, to guarantee
to italian customers a qualified service and an
accurate quality control.
Although
the considerable political changes in East Europe
area, since 1990 all main wool Companies like
Textilana, Sukno, Merina, Mosilana have confirmed
the job to G.T.A. on the whole italian territory.
Meantime
some commercial relations have been opened in Indonesia,
China and India.
Now in the new millennium, we want to look
forward the Italian market, assuring to the
customers the possibility to control clothing
manufactures in Italy and also in foreign
countries.

specialy to Non EC countries,mainly to China and India,
where opened branch offices in
order to secure to the clients effective
service regarding the controll of quality and
quantity.
